We are pleased to offer special Web-only fares on selected flights. These fares are non-changeable and non-refundable once purchased. This means: |
• If you change a flight booked at a Web special fare, you will be charged the difference between the Web special fare and the prevailing retail fare. |
• If you cancel a flight booked at a Web special fare, you will not receive a refund, regardless of when the cancellation is made. |
