Kenmore Air's 50 plus pilots fly over 2 million seaplane air miles every year. A wealth of Northwest floatplane knowledge and experience is waiting to be shared and has now been organized into a valuable safety seminar, offered for free. Topics to be discussed include: public perception, noise abatement, flight planning for operating in and out of Canada, current airspace and TFRs, mountain lakes and density altitude, survival gear, underwater egress, and much more.
The seminar fulfills the requirement for the "Seawings" Safety meeting and the ground portion of the Biennial Flight Review. The flight portion can be conveniently scheduled with a Kenmore flight instructor. |
